말씀하신데로 제 보험사를 통해서 자차 수리를 먼저 받았습니다.
수리, 렌트를 포함해서 총 $1600 (Deductible $1000)나왔습니다.
그런데 아래와같은 메일이 왔네요.
Subrogation이 안된다는건지 된다는건지 의미가 자세히 이해가 되지않아서, 다시 조심스레 여쭤봅니다.
조언 충고 부탁드립니다.

Your policy of insurance gives our company the right of subrogation. This means that we may recover money we pay out due to the fault or negligence of someone other than our insured. It is a very important aspect of insurance that helps control expenses and preminums.

At this time we are closing the subrogation portion of our file. However, this decision does not prevent you from pursuing your deductible interest directly against any party that might be responsible for causing your loss. This does not impact payments owed to you for convered damages, only our ability to recover from the person responsible for causing the loss.
