Company Overview
Boryung Holdings Acquisition & Business Development Group [the US Entity is Hayan Health Networks, Inc., subsidiary owned by Boryung Pharm as US Investment & Consulting Firm] is responsible for acquiring legacy brands from multi-national pharmaceutical companies and/or specialty pharmaceutical companies. This position is focused on supporting two senior executives and their managers (2) by performing a variety of complex administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
• Fluent English and Korean speakers
• Senior executive's secretarial work and interpretation
• Overall handling of company-related operations required by the company
• General office work, such as filing, photocopying, processing mail, and file maintenance
• Use of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook and PowerPoint
• Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
• Closely collaborate with external accountant for handling various correspondences on accounting / payroll / tax issues
• Support & develop office policies and procedures and ensure they are implemented appropriately
• Ensure that the office is operating smoothly (general facilities maintenance)
Office location : South San Francisco
Working Hour : 9 to 6
Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt
